Multilingual Office Administrator Receptionist
Overall the Office Administrator/Receptionist will be responsible for helping to cover the administrative side of the business as well as reception duties to cover the opening hours of the Pro-Force.
General Office Duties
To cover reception the office opening hours . .
To assist in any administrative tasks such as form filling, application form checking and letters printing.
Administrative Tasks
To manage the data input, paperwork preparation and letter issuing
To assist the General Manager in various administrative tasks
To update data base
Day to day reception
To manage the reception area on a day to day basis
To answer the telephone promptly and politely, telephoning workers when requested.
To deal with workers and applicants at the front desk in a polite and courteous manner.
The ideal candidate must have:1. Office experience
2. Driving licence
3. Multi lingual (English , Polish and Russian/Latvian essential )
4. IT Skills (Office package essential)
